René-Martin Tudyka is convinced Agilist, lean thinker, ScrumMaster and agile coach. He has a strong technical background as developer and software architect for distributed and enterprise applications in the environment of Java/J2EE as well as in the Microsoft .NET world. René holds a diploma in computer science.

Since 2005 René dove into the world of Agile, recognizing how challenging it is to build an environment of trust, motivation, and creativity, to grow happy and productive people. He is Certified Scrum Master and actively following and forming the evolution of understanding and practicing Agile.

Currently René works as ScrumMaster at zanox, Europe’s leading performance advertising network. He leads two Scrum teams and helps the company’s development teams across Europe to get better each day.

René lives with his family next to Berlin, Germany. He is addicted to his italian sports bike and enjoys riding it whenever he has time.
